I am Tresha (TREE-sha) Ramsahai.

I am a highly trained Manual Osteopathic Therapist with nearly 20 years of treatment experience. I have received my diploma in Massage Therapy from Elmcrest College in 2007 and my diploma in Osteopathy Manipulative Practice from Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2012. Attending curriculum whether academic, business, personal or spiritual growth is my passion.

This is a collaborative process. For many of you, discovering how to relax is most important. For others, healing from physical pain or making changes to your posture is more the focus.

All cases involve the Nervous System, the connective tissue called Fascia and the breath. The level of passion I have for our miraculous bodies is sometimes quite difficult for me to contain. I do hope to share what I have learned with many of you.
